Speaking of the devil, (no pun intended), a little bird told us that a few somebodies from the Sedgwick Detert law firm in Los Angeles and San Francisco stopped by our silly lil Sock Monkey blog several times during the week. In fact, a certain somebody spent two hours reading many of our posts.  Our "Contact" page was of special interest, perhaps to Sedgwick Detert General Counsel Michael B. McGeehon? It was accessed seven (7) times in that two (2) hour session. Do you think a mean old Sedgwick Detert attorney will be sending us a mean old lawyer letter?

In any event, we're flattered that we have such high brow readers. Defense counsel bills time. We remember the good old days of time sheets.  I wonder how a lawyer would describe the two hours he spent reading Camp Sock Monkey.  Hmmm?!  Now that we think about it, our blog appears to be attracting attention from the legal community lately.  No worries. We love all of our readers. Even lawyers need a warm and fuzzy moment now and then.

Camp Sock Monkey Update and Apologies

This is just a lil ole Sock Monkey website. Unfortunately, my blogs and email accounts continue to be victimized by malicious hackers. These are no script kiddies. They're pros who have been identified and are known to Law Enforcement.

Computer access has been restricted to my iPhone or the limited hours of public internet cafes. Five computer systems, my Blackberry and an iPhone have been corrupted by malware and spyware. My computer networks have literally been destroyed by these hackers.

My email has been intercepted and hijacked for an unknown period of time. My passwords are changed without my permission or authority, which prohibits account access. When I do receive email it's often deleted as a precaution, especially during periods of suspicious blog traffic.

My deepest apologies to the vendors and companies who contacted me re sponsorship and product reviews. You have my word, that I will reply before the end of this week. Your requests and offers are greatly appreciated. Sadly, my attention has been directed towards pursuing criminal and legal remedies.
