Created in 2007, this piece marks Rebecca Yager's transition away from clothing. Combining kitchen appliances with sock monkeys, it explores the concepts of women in the role of homemaker. Mixing feelings of horror and humor, the work also serves as a way to literally deconstruct the iconic toy.
